
REFUND POLICY
At WULFZ & CO., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

Returns: We accept returns within 30 DAYS of the delivery date.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receiving your order.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged or soiled due to misuse will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Items

Some items, such as personalised or custom products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

Products that have been damaged whilst in the customers possession (dog chewing item, getting dirty, left in sun, left in water etc.)

Items that have been in possession for longer than 30 DAYS with no email or contact about item refund.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at admin@wulfzco.com.au. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and arrange for either a full refund or a replacement. Please note - photos must be provided with a description of the fault/damage when you recieve the item and will be subject to review.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 30 DAYS of purchase for a refund or replacement to be processed.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we made an error in your order.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return is safely received. WULFZ & CO. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at admin@wulfzco.com.au with your order number, photos of the item and reason for the return or exchange.

Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with a return address.
